Full-time contract. NO weekends!

Currently, Monday thru Thursday, Fridays could be optional.

We are a Privately owned, long standing and fast growing Full Service Family Dental office who is seeking a full-time General Dentist Associate to join or new practice in Charlotte, NC. We are a Fee for Service and PPO Insurance practice.

We are looking for a caring, and professional doctor who is dedicated to providing the highest quality patient experience combined with being part of an experienced and energetic team.

Hours will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an hour lunch.

As a member of our team, you will work in a beautifully remodeled, modern office with a highly qualified, dedicated and patient focused team, as well as having the opportunity to care for an outstanding group of patients.

We offer a great culture of teamwork and professionalism, competitive pay and the ability to perform all aspects of dentistry. We have CBCT imaging, intraoral scanners, intraoral cameras, implant system, Cerec machine and a lot more. We do dentistry from A to Z. Complete autonomy from diagnosis to treatment planning. Mentorship is available. Enormous growth potential! CE allowance negotiable.

Dr./Owner will work with Associate Dentist as a mentor and help refine or teach the right candidate with any and all procedures.

Daily Guarantee to start for 1st 6 months and then it moves to percentage of Adjusted Gross Production.

The ability to operate a high-volume, fast paced office while the ability to keep to our standards of first-class patient experience.
Candidates must have a compassionate and caring attitude while meeting our core values of Integrity, Honesty and Teamwork.

Job Type: Contract, experience 3+ years preferred.

Pay: Fixed daily minimum or percentage of collection-whichever is higher.

License/Certification:
